HVAC is the trade that I tell everyone ‘Saved my life’ Literally! I was a high school dropout in 1996-97 and was going nowhere very fast. I was either going to end up dead or in jail when I finally decided to get my life together. I graduated high school 1 ½ years late because I wanted to go to a trade school to learn HVAC. I needed either a high school diploma or GED to attend the trade school. I didn’t want a GED so I earned my diploma! I attended UTI in 1998 and graduated top of my class with a 3.8 GPA on September 19th, 1998. That was one of the best days of my life as I’d finally accomplished something and followed through with it! The first few years in the trade I struggled a lot with connecting the dots from all of my book knowledge with my lack of field knowledge. I nearly gave up on the trade but was too stubborn to give up. I worked for multiple companies as a service technician to an installer all the way up into management before I decided to take the leap and go into business for myself. In 2009 I earned my C-20 contractors license and decided it was time to go out on my own. The first 5 years were very tough, there was a lot of sacrifice and Top Roman dinners, but I made it through until now where the business is today. I’m very thankful for all the people that have helped me along this journey and my success wouldn’t be possible without the good people I have working for me!
